Pet Allergies

If you have severe allergies to cats or dogs, please discuss this with me before your appointment. While the massage studio is a "pet-free zone," there are cats and a dog who live here.

Scheduling Appointments

Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, I have implemented the following policies:

24 hour advance notice is required when rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full session fee.

No-Shows.
If you forget or choose to forgo your appointment, you will be charged half the price of the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to yourself, your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly: Arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time to discuss your bodywork goals, disrobe and be on the table by your appointment time.

Returned Checks. If your check is returned because of insufficient funds, you will be charged $25 in addition to any resulting bank charges.
